Veteran Legionary

I dug up an old Roman legionary character from my Gnomon days. The armor model was pretty good but he desperately needed a new face and textures. I decided to make him into a grizzled old veteran. One of the evocati called up out of retirement to fight for Rome once again. Here is a man who has marched many miles, survived several long campaigns, and is overdue for some peace and quiet.
I sculpted the face in zbrush and put the old helmet and armor geometry on him with some minor additions and touch-ups. I created all new textures in Substance Painter and used Arnold for the renders.
